Tim Kenney (Owner) has been in the Construction & Building industry for over 20 years & has had the opportunity to own & operate his own General Contracting business where he has learned the value of customer relations. With his Home Inspection career he has had the opportunity to take his experience in the building industry & put it to use by helping home owners, sellers and buyers make sound decisions with their homes. On top of Tim’s extensive knowledge & experience in the building industry he is also certified by the state of Washington and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute) to perform home inspections for real estate transactions.
